What to expect
Over two hours, we'll take you through everything you need to create better latte art, from the coffee underneath the milk to the final pour.
- The perfect base – A quick introduction to coffee and why a good espresso is essential for great latte art.
- Milk steaming & texturing – Learn how to create smooth, glossy microfoam that's ready to pour.
- Working with different milks – Discover how dairy and alternative milks behave differently and how to adapt your technique.
- The science behind good milk – Understand what's happening when you steam milk and why temperature, texture and technique matter.
- Choosing the right pitcher – Learn how the size and shape of your milk pitcher can affect your pour.
- Latte art techniques – Learn the fundamentals of pouring and how to control your milk to create different designs.
- Master the classics – Practice creating a monk's head, heart, tulip and rosetta.
Get hands-on
This isn't a sit-and-watch course.
You'll spend plenty of time behind the machine, steaming, texturing and pouring your own milk, with guidance from our experienced baristas throughout the session.
You'll get practical experience using both La Spaziale and Sage Barista machines, giving you the opportunity to develop skills that can be transferred to your setup at home or in a commercial environment.

• Less than 48 hours before your course: No refund.
