Delivery 

Our standard delivery costs are £3.99 for orders below £35.00 and free for orders above £35.00. 

If you are local to the Edge Roastery in sunny Sussex, then why not Click and Collect? You’ll save on delivery charges and if you spend over £25 you'll be given a FREE coffee card to redeem at our EDGE Café at the Roastery, where your brew will be made for you by our team of expert and friendly baristas!

Terms and Conditions for delivery

We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order (if payment is made by card goods must be sent to the address as shown on the cards statement). It is important that this address is accurate. It is a condition that all orders despatched will require a signature on delivery. We will never leave items unless they have been signed for.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered and signed for. We will aim to deliver the Goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

When will my order be delivered?

If you order on a weekday before 12pm, we will send them out on the same day, otherwise, it will be the next working day.

Delivery usually takes 2 – 3 working days and your dispatch email will include a Royal Mail or DPD tracking number

We use Royal Mail as standard, and DPD for larger items. We monitor them carefully, but sometimes delays may occur that are outside our control, such as bank holidays, weather or traffic conditions. We always aim to keep you informed and minimise inconvenience, however, we can’t be held responsible for such delays or consequential losses.

If your order doesn’t arrive within five working days, please email us and our team will assist you.
