Cancellation policy

By confirming an Edgcumbes Tea and Coffee Ltd subscription, you are agreeing to a recurring delivery service at the frequency determined by you when placing your first order which will continue until one of the parties decides to end this subscription.

Whilst your subscription is in place, you are committed to paying for each delivery and you authorise us to instruct your card issuer to debit the corresponding sum automatically at the frequency determined by you when placing your first order.

You have the ability to cancel, pause, reschedule or skip deliveries to suit your needs at any time by logging into your account on the Edgcumbes website or by calling up the team for assistance.

 

Edgcumbes Tea and Coffee cancellation policy when purchasing/joining us for one of our Courses.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the provision of the training by Edgcumbes Tea & Coffee to the customer.

Supply of the training:

Edgcumbes Tea & Coffee Ltd shall use reasonable endeavours to supply the Training to the Customer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions in all material respects but reserves the right to change the course content of any Home Barista Training at any time and without notice.

Edgcumbes shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any specific training dates, but any such dates shall be anticipated dates only and may be subject to alteration.

Edgcumbes reserves the right to amend the Agreement if necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory requirement, or if the amendment will not materially affect the nature or quality of the training, and Edgcumbes shall notify the customer in any such event.

Notwithstanding the above sub-clauses, Edgcumbes reserves the right to cancel Training at any time, without incurring additional liability to the Customer or any Delegates. In such circumstances, Edgcumbes will offer (at its sole discretion) alternative dates, full refund or a credit note.

Customers Obligation:

The Customer shall provide Edgcumbes, its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors, with any information which may reasonably be required by Edgcumbes in the Organisation of the Training, including, but not limited to, details in respect of the delegates and ensure that such information is complete and accurate in all material respects.

Cancellation policy:

The customer may cancel training at least 7 days before the training is set to take place, by giving notice to Edgcumbes Tea and Coffee Ltd. Cancellations must be provided in writing to Edgcumbes Tea & Coffee. Phone calls are accepted but a form of cancellation must also follow in writing.

By cancelling before the required 48 hours the customer is eligible for a full refund or to re-schedule. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If the customer cancels training less than 7 days before the set training date, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or to be able to reschedule. Edgcumbes reserves the right to hold customers to these terms and conditions.

The customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by making payment for the Training course and when selecting their booking/Training date.
